Today’s Wild Church gathers in Kelowna at Mill Creek Linear Park
What you will need: After over a year of flood abatement work, Mill Creek Linear Park is open again. We're planning our big spring cleanup for Saturday, May 17th, 9:00 - noon! Our primary role is cleaning up along the creek, and we always go above and beyond and clean the walking trails, too. Wear good boots or walking shoes, and bring your gloves if you have favorites. The City of Kelowna provides us with pickers, gloves, flags for needles, safety vests and garbage bags. Wild Church Okanagan and the bakery fairies provide donuts. Bring your own drink - hot or cold!
Community is one of the essential aspects of Wild Church. Our spiritual journey is done in relationship with the natural world and with one another, community means we don’t walk alone.
Gathering together we experience connection to the wild, Great Mystery and our own souls through individual contemplative practices and reflection time in circle.
