A monthly 30-45 minute spiritual practice to keep you grounded and growing! Join us online through December for a lectio divina practice using some of our favourite wild poems. Lectio divina means "divine reading" and refers to a contemplative, meditative style of reading a text, with space to reflect on the words, images and thoughts that arise as we listen.
